4. Will you buy my car if it’s a non-runner?

Don’t worry, we buy any cars, even if they aren’t working anymore. Set up an appointment and after our inspection we’ll give you a price based on the damage of your car.

5. My car is an import. Will you still buy it?

Yes, we also buy imports. You can check our Terms and Conditions to see the factors that we take into consideration when we valuate your car.

6. Can I sell a car on behalf of a family member or a friend?

Yes, you can sell a car on behalf of a family member or a friends after getting the necessary paperwork. We need a letter of authorization from the owner and both your U.A.E government issued IDs.

7. What if it’s a company?

Yes, we just need an authorisation letter signed and stamped by the company, your government issued ID, the bank accounts details of the company and the copy of the company’s trade licence.

8. How do I set up and appointment?

After using our car valuation tool, you will be redirected to a calendar where you can pick a convenient date and time.

9. What do I need to have ready for the appointment?

We will need the following documents:
1. The V5 logbook/registration certificate
2. Two forms of identification
3. All service history and MOT certificates if available.
4. Bank details (if you choose this payment method)
Besides those we will also need both your set of keys as well as any accessories that came with the car.

10. How am I going to get paid?

You have the freedom to choose any payment method that you like. We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.
